Rental Information

BASIC RENTAL: $500/4 hour event
Includes
1 staff member
General lighting
1 microphone and/or podium
General seating of up to 300 or 100 for dinner w/tables
Use of concession stand
1 hour of decorating time before event/1 hour cleanup after event*
Use of kitchen serving area if needed
Use of sound CD for background music only
*Anything over will be charged hourly rate.

FULL USE RENTAL: $1000/4 hour event

2 techs
1 staff member

OPTIONAL:
Extra Tech(s): $75/person for 4 hours**
Green Room & Dressing Room Use: Additional $50
Rehearsals: $100/day (2 hour max.)
**A Teche authorized tech must be used. NO outside person(s), please.

A $250 refundable damage deposit and half of the rental must be paid upon contract signing. Please write a separate check for this deposit which will be returned at the end of the specified rental time if no major damage has been done.

The balance must be paid 1 week prior to the use of the Teche Theatre facility. Any hours above contracted will be $100 per hour.

No refund for cancellations 14 days or less.

The Teche Theatre Board of Directors will review these rates twice a year.
