Rental Rates:
As of March 1, 2008

Basic Rental: $100 / per hour         Full Use: $1200.00/maximum 4 hours use

Basic Rental Includes:

Allows you 1 staff member.

General Lighting.

1 microphone and/or podium.

General Seating of up to 200 or 100 for dinner w/ tables.

Use of concession Stand.

2 hours of decorating time before event. (anything over will be charged hourly rate.)

Use of kitchen serving area if needed.

Use of sound cd for background music only.

 

Optional

 

Sound and Lighting Person(s) $60.00 each for 4 hours.  ( A Teche authorized tech must be used no outside persons please.)

Green Room and Dressing Room Use $50.00 cleanup fee.

 

Full Use: Include full use of lighting , sound, dressing rooms, 2 tech, 1 staff member, concession stand, auditorium for up to 4 hours. Decorating and 1 to 2 hour rehearsal included.

 

A $150 refundable damage deposit must be paid prior to using the facility. Please write a separate check for this deposit
which will be returned at the end of the specified rental time if no damage has been done. This is for any damage other than
 "normal" wear & tear.

The balance must be paid 1 week prior to actual usage of the Teche Theatre facility. Any hours above contracted hours will be hourly rate of $100 per hour.

The Teche board of directors will review these rates twice a year (at its March & September meetings).
